Fair terms for a
better campus.
A short, honest version of the terms that keep Acedeck safe and useful for everyone. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. The service
Acedeck is a learning and campus-community platform for students. These terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile experience and related services.
By registering or using Acedeck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done with your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date in your profile.
You may not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone else without permission.
3. Acceptable use
Use Acedeck for lawful, study-related purposes and treat other users with respect.
Do not post spam, harassment, offensive content, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other accounts, or scrape content beyond personal use.
Content you post becomes visible to others as you intend; you are responsible for what you share.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Acedeck app, design, branding and software belong to Acedeck and its licensors.
Material you upload, post or create in the app remains yours, and you grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
5. Community, marketplace and accounts features
Clans, the community feed and the student marketplace connect you with other students. Interactions and transactions between users are your responsibility; Acedeck helps you connect but is not a party to private agreements between users.
Report concerning behaviour through the contact page so we can act.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Acedeck available and stable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen reasons.
We may update, add or withdraw features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
6a. Payments and refunds
AceDeck Plus and gem packs are processed by Paystack. AceDeck never stores your card details.
Plus passes grant 30 days of access from the moment of purchase. There is no auto-renewal — you pay once and your access runs until the expiry date. To add more time, purchase again.
Gem packs are non-refundable. Gems have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the app.
If you paid and your account was not credited, contact us within 7 days at app.acedeck@gmail.com or WhatsApp +2348088981691 with your payment reference and we will either credit your account or issue a full refund.
Surprise Chest rewards are randomised. The pool of possible rewards is shown on the Gem Shop page before purchase. Chest purchases are non-refundable once opened.
7. Liability
Acedeck provides study tools, predictions and calculators as aids only. They do not guarantee academic results, and you remain responsible for your own learning ahead of any examination or admission process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acedeck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Termination and account deletion
You can stop using Acedeck and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
